• Job Details:I have been selected to participate in the AFGAC Comparative Arbitration Practical Training Program, organized in cooperation between the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), the Kigali International Arbitration Center (KIAC), the Nairobi Center for International Arbitration (NCIA), the Hamburg Arbitration Circle, and the LAWCOM Institute. This comprehensive program integrates substantive theoretical knowledge with practical exercises simulating real-world arbitration scenarios, and places particular emphasis on key facets of international arbitration, including: - The jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal. - Temporary and conservatory measures. - Practical aspects of dealing with management and evaluation of evidence. - Hearing procedures. - Drafting and enforcement of arbitral awards. - Grounds for the annulment of arbitration agreements. - It also offers an in-depth explanation of the IBA Guidelines on conflict of interest, aiming to uphold independence and impartiality. - Deadlines for Submitting Requests to Challenge the Arbitrator on Grounds of Doubts as to Their Impartiality or Independence in the Arbitration Proceedings.

• Job Details:- Drafting & Reviewing Agreements & Contracts such as (Shareholders Agreements, Supply Contracts, Mandate letters, Memorandum of Understand, Service Agreements, …. etc.,). - Advising on Corporate, Commercial, Intellectual Property and Labor Matters. - Conduct legal research to support client cases and provide accurate legal opinions. - Drafting & Reviewing annexes related to contracts. - Attending court sessions, whether in labor, economic or criminal cases. - Dealing with the competent governmental bodies for corporate and commercial matters (GAFI – FRA – TAXES – NTRA ……etc.)
