• Job Details:- Registration all invoices issued from Suppliers and create detailed statement each supplier. - Calculation total direct costs of each final product. - Prioritize invoices according to payment terms. - Match invoices to checks. - Create a collective expense report. - Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. - Review all invoice for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and prepare and direct of daily vendor payment recommendation. - Verifying supplier accounts by reconciling our statement with supplier statement. - Archive all supporting documents related to AP with high efficiency. - Supervising import and customs clearance works. - Review all documents of shipments importing. - Follow-up importing procedures from start (Loading and Import approvals), customs clearance unto releasing customs and receiving in warehouses. - Calculation of the value of customs fee (Incoming tax, Value added tax and Withholding tax) before pay with period enough for be transferred to Customs account. - Calculation of the cost of an import shipment until received to the warehouse

• Job Details:- Carry out all Procedures Related at industrial development authority and Industrial Control Authority. - Carry out all procedures related at industrial development authority and Industrial Control Authority. - Carry out all procedures to reply fees contained under system Drupac. - Carry out procedures and follow-up get of the support issued from Box Support Exports. - Registration all expenses and revenues special company - Issue all invoices to customers. - Analysis of expenses and revenue values.
