• Job Details:o Plans, schedules and manages the efficient movement of Materials and goods for import and export shipments. o Maintain reports depicting all funds being spent in all aspects of logistics to the financial department. o Ensures that the items are packaged, labeled, shipped, and delivered in accordance with the Customer requirements or L/C. o Track shipments from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery to final destination. o Contact suppliers, service providers, and end users to resolve order and shipment discrepancies. o Track and monitor priority requests, verify packing lists and other documentation involving materials received from suppliers for delivery to customers at various sites. o Update databases and other reporting tools to maintain visibility of shipment status. o Implement the subsidy refund from Governmental authority o Responsible for coordination on issuance of Letter of Guarantee from the bank o Responsible for cross trading deals.
