• Job Details:• Reviews and analyzes inventory, cost of sales. • Tax Reporting: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standards cost with actual production cost. • Document and update accurate financial records and transactions for the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger entries on ERP system. • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are prepared on time. • Prepare & confirm accounts reconciliations with related parties & Intercompany companies. • Compare Sales VS direct cost. • Analyze and report profit margins. • Analyze raw material prices. • Updating Cash follow statement Weekly.

• Job Details:• Monthly report for Management (P&L, Cost per hub) • Closing every Quarter and making comparisons between it. • Make a forecast for a new project (breakeven analysis) • Analysis of the 3pl service that we use. • Analyze selling price for Merchant. • Audit and analyze operation salaries. • Gather and analyze monthly balance sheets & income statements. • Assist in the Processing of Balance Sheets. • Validates Cash Transactions • Audit on cash in & Cash out for all Treasury. • Follow up of open accounts and balances (Prepaid expenses, Petty cash, or purchases) • Review Employee advance monthly. • Daily bank reconciliation and keeping balance and records of bank accounts. • Cash Management (payment cash-receive cash)
