• Job Details:Handle the full recruitment process, writing and posting job ads, filtering CVs, schedule interviews, HR interviewing & evaluation, and communicate related correspondences to all applicants on a timely manner. • Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law. • Administrate official paperwork with the social insurance office(s) and track status changes. • Communicating HR policies and procedures, labor law and standards to new and existing employees. • Supports staff inquires on HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...).
