• Job Details:Leading a strong team of 40 employees - in addition to 3PLs and outsourced personnel - covering the span of the following activities: -Material supply planning and stock replenishment -Logistics Inbound/Import -Manage own factory warehouses (Finished Product – Raw Material – Spare Parts – Scrap) -Manage two outsourced warehouses -Logistics Outbound/Export including Domestic distribution -Developing strategic relations with governmental authorities (Customs – GOEIC) -Negotiate rates with local contractors and service providers

Fleet Operations and Logistics ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:-Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s transport operations to achieve targets and operating budget -Warehouse Management, Plan, Monitor and Control the receipt and dispatch of goods in line with company policies and vision -Manage and maintain key customer relationships with contractual agreements to ensure contractual conformance and operational integrity -Responsible for operational efficiency through implementation of improved policies, procedures and systems to achieve continuous improvement in service quality -Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s transport strategy for the trucking operations -Assist in promoting company business for enhancing utilization rates of fleet -Prepare the logistics monthly plan -Responsible for the execution of the logistics operational plan -Manage the operation division as well as port Stevedoring activities -Manage the operational efficiency of the fleet based on standard trip times -Analyze data and monitor KPIs to plan improvements and provide logistical solutions if needed -Prepare the department yearly budget and control budget versus actual -Responsible to keeping Cost/km, Cost/ton, Cost/day within standard rates -Control and maintain the implementation of operational procedures -Oversees personnel including coaching, training, and evaluating employees’ performance
