Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for all activities of Production, Planning and Maintenance. • Perform engineering calculations to evaluate manpower and material requirements. • Perform field measurement and verification. • Plan and execute the production plan according to the Standard operating procedures for every process. • Prepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the operation manager. • Preparing bill of materials (BOM) for all manufacturing processes in the factory. • Implement the preventive maintenance activities and modifying equipment (Thinning, Mesh Welding, Cutting Wire, Razor Punch Press, Chain link and Rolling Machines) to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient. • Responsible for solving any major or minor operational breakdown to minimize the impact on production. • Liaising with supply chain department for specific requirements.
