Handling Effects of attendance and departure. Responsible for preparing the monthly effects data of employees to send it for payroll department. Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy. Responsible about posting allowances and penalties. Handle and review hiring documents and process of new hires OR termination process.

• Job Details:Responsible about Al-Futtaim as personnel specialist, audited 1300 employees file and report a gap analysis for each file, also follow up with social insurance and labor office. Assistant for my personnel team at Nokia , Siemens. HR Generalist at El-Reefy for trading (Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel).
