• Job Details:Responsible for all payments related for Capex & Opex as per bank policies & SOPS. Prepare accounting transactions according to the bank's SOP & manuals & Post All authorized transactions. Receive /Review & accept/ reject invoices & deliver payment documents to venders according to bank's SOP. Responsible for payment & cost control department local currency transfers (ACH). Prepare quarterly expense analysis reports &standing instructions. Responsible for Budget Allocation. Preparation of withholding tax & advertising tax forms to be presented to the Tax Authority. Handle the filing system to reduce the time and efforts. Close the payment cycle (checks, transfers, etc..) to increase the control on payment cycle also be used in validation and review process. Classify related proof of payment with approved payments to increase the accuracy. Handle other departments' inquiries to increase satisfactions.
