• Job Details:At Alexandria Wastewater Treatment Plant. The capacity of this project is 800,000 m³/day of raw water, including sludge and biological treatment. Four anaerobic digesters are used for sludge treatment with a capacity of 16000 m³ for each. Five biogas generator with power 2.3 MW for each. - Follow up operators' performance to achieve KPIs. - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations. - Prepare and update the standard of operations (SOP). - Monitor and check the flow rates and process stability. - Identify operational problems by observing, studying system functionality and performance results by investigating complaints and suggestions. - Responsible for observing the anaerobic digester project to ensure that the treatment process is under control. - Follow up The Plant performance (KPI, process results and equipment) - Adjust all control parameters for SCADA system according to control philosophy. - Review the process flow diagram to ensure that the process is going well. - Have a direct responsibility in the supervision of the combined heat and power Generators (CHP) by managing the biogas production to achieve the maximum power production
