Projects Manager Full Time

• Job Details:• Managing the construction project from start to finish • Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed • Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project • Assigning erection sub-contractors, preparing sub-contractor agreements/conditions for projects individually and manage the progress payments • monitoring Erectors to ensure guidelines are maintained • Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers • Coordinating activities across different organizational functions • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Managing design, workshop drawings, authorities’ approvals, fabrication and delivery • Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards • Determine ways to reduce risk throughout the project life cycle • Prepare monthly invoices • Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client • Solve site claims/defects/change in order achieving Scheduled time, quality control plan and safety plan • Provide a safe work environment for all of employees/ parties as well as members of other contractors on job sites

Construction Manager Full Time

• Job Details:• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
