• Job Details:Main duties and responsibilities: ▪ Ensure compaction tests and for backfilling, paving and asphalt layers. ▪ Ensure the quality and type of soil used in backfilling and paving layers. ▪ Ensure all survey works for electricity, drainage, water and roads works. ▪ Ensure all roads slopes and super-elevations. ▪ Ensure the establishment of a sewage lifting station, underground water tank, overhead water tank. ▪ Ensure the contractors compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents. ▪ Lasing with any subcontractors and attending meetings. ▪ Monitoring against the design related to the executed works on site. ▪ Control and assure the quality of concrete used in pouring manhole and water rooms.

Site Civil EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Main duties and responsibilities: ▪ Complete Construction Project Planning Processes. ▪ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. ▪ Preparing site progress reports. ▪ Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. ▪ Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss the day’s progress, achievements as well as the next day’s program. ▪ Ensuring that construction results meet project requirements & schedule. ▪ Making safety inspections to ensure site safety regulations are met. ▪ Managing site resources to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time). ▪ Making sure timescales and project specifications are met. ▪ Managing relationships with the project's different consultants. ▪ Overseeing building work. ▪ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
