• Job Details:• Review and verify all payments - Prepares journal entries and financial records. • Review and apply all post-dated cheques on Oracle-Yardi ERP System. • Process day-to-day accounting operations and General Ledger reconciliations. • Completing of supporting documentation for all financial activities. • Review foreign exchange and prepare related transactions. • Preparation and analysis of weekly reports – Trial Balance Reconciliation. • Reconcile bank statement. • Preparation and analysis of monthly reports, ledger accounts and Trial balance reconciliation. • Performs monthly end, quarterly end and yearly end closing reports as specified. • Participate and coordinate with internal and external auditors. • Maintains capital assets ledger and review depreciation and amortization journal entries. • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. • Other relevant duties as assigned.
