• Job Details:Follow up the 3 glass production lines by applying lean manufacturing to achieve high efficiency with low cost at the scheduled time. Led, supported, and motivated technicians to enhance the production process and ergonomics, for this, we achieved the highest efficiency among the 4 shift teams for 4 consecutive months. Communicate with inspection and quality control teams to solve quality issues and achieve productivity improvements to meet customer, quality, and production requirements. Creating strategies and following systems to fix defects, solve problems, and report issues to prevent re-occurrence of them.
