Refinery Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Organize and supervise the activities and work of small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Refinery is carried out in an efficient and procedurally complaint manner. • Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. • Supervises the shift operations of all Refineries to ensure that processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures. • Run Refineries to maintain productivity, quality, safety and food safety specifications on daily basis. • Control the movement of oils and the entry and exit of oils in the refineries to confirm the quality of the manufacturing process. • Control the dosing of consumption of auxiliary materials such as bleaching earth, filter aid and phosphoric acid to confirm the percentages added as the SOP. • Be sure implement cleaning procedures of Refineries to stress the quality of the work environment. • Follow-up the projects and upgrading inside the Refinery. • Full accountability oil Refinery losses. • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice' improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement (SME pillar activities). • Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standards. • OEE by shift and monthly report. • Chemical consumption by shift report. • Reliability shift and monthly report. • Downtime shift and monthly report. • Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety. • Be sure SIR, BOS, risk assessment, work permit during the shift activities. • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Production Shift EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible of Ammonia Production Plant. • Operating and Monitoring Centrifugal Pumps, Air Compressor, Gas Compressor and Synthesis Gas Compressor (up to 180 bar) • Operating and Monitoring Desulphurization Unit and (Primary & Secondary) Reforming Unit. • Operating and Monitoring CO Conversion Unit and CO2 Removal Unit. • Operating and Monitoring Methanation Unit, Compression and Ammonia Synthesis Units.
