• Job Details:• Operate, control, observe and monitor multiple systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarm system and Radio Communications. • Enhance communications between all external and internal parties to facilitate the work movement. • maintain an effective radio and telephone answering service and effectively handle all inquiries. • Ensuring that all employees and visitors are fully compliant with their PPE and all the operations are done according to the company Policies and safety standards. • Report to the appropriate chain of command regarding any special situation, violation, or unusual event. • Monitoring and Controlling all Port activities and ensure that all operations are going on smoothly without any delays. • Following-up the entry of the ships into the port and Conducting Declaration of security with the vessels after they Berth and maintain communication channels with them. • Execute the procedures outlined in the control-room manual and emergency Call-List. • Maintain communication with the shipping lines & maritime agencies of the berthed vessels regarding all the supplies and requests of provision the ship needs during its stay in the terminal. • Coordinate between different departments within the company to enhance resilience, business continuity, and making sure that operations is going smoothly to achieve the company and the department wide goals. • Act as an active member of the Integrated operations Center and actively collaborate with all functions therein to ensure smooth operations executions.
