Develop plans to address needs. • Control the production process and make sure the process is capable. • Provides all needed support to train and coach the team. • Monitor the process to maintain a smooth process and solve any needed issues. • Establish Operational priorities and allocate available resources according to the organization strategy. • Conduct Performance appraisal for direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of the operation areas.
