• Job Details:Responsibilities: - • Prepare full-quality assurance documents for every overhauling valve including the valve condition, work procedures, and test certificate, ensuring compliance with API Q1 requirements. • Coordinate and conduct all internal audits within the company, ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and procedures. • Lead external audits on external suppliers, verifying compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. • Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings. • Ensure continuous improvement through the audit process by identifying opportunities for enhancing quality management systems. • Preparation of the Quality Activities Documentation. • Monitoring a full valve service reconditioning, including the inspection, disassembly, machining, lapping, replacement parts, reassembly, and pressure tests of on/off (Gate, Globe, Check, Plug, Ball, Butterfly, PSV). • Led and guided the maintenance team in field operation and adhered to all site safety and performance requirements. • Ensure products and services meet customers’ satisfaction as per ISO 9001, API Q1 • Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality and deploy and flow standard inspection procedures for each product according to its application. • Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards. • Ensure compliance with customer standards and specifications. • Document results and findings after inspections are carried out. • Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process. • Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually. • Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications. • Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards. • Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives. • Maintain calibration of quality control equipment. • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly. Hold meetings with all welding supervisor/foreman to make complete planning for each activity to avoid any delays, rework, conflicts. • To review specifications and drawing notes as regards to welding related defects/issues. • Play a leading role in driving welding activities and welding related projects actual and forward. • Review project specifications for welding process, base metals, filler metals, heat treatment, and NDE requirements. • Develop and qualify new WPS/PQR when required. • Conduct training, delegating tasks as necessary, and performing follow up inspections to ensure sufficient quality control.

• Job Details:Projects: AMD specializes in general steel fabrication, Boilers, Rendering Equipment, steel structures, vessels, tanks, frames, skids, ducting, piping, and supports. AMD has a machining division for serving the market. We do turn, shape, and mill. We produce material handling equipment for machines like belt conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, rotary valves, drag chains, bucket elevators, feeders, and industrial diverting gates. We serve heavy industry fields like Cement, fertilizer, Glass, Ceramic, Oil & Gas, and Sugar factories. Responsibilities: - • Inspection At Fabrication yard &Erection of pipe Spools, Supports, and Steel Structure As per Isometrics &weld Map. • Ability to read and interpret Steel Structure blueprints, and knowledge of AWS D1.1 code applicable to steel Fabrication. • Self–perform quality control inspection of shop fabrication, including fit-up, weld preparation, and final welds. • Welder Qualification Including WPS & PQR. • To ensure NDT requirements are filled as per ITP and project requirements. • Line checking of pipe to ensure pipes, fittings, accessories, and supports are as per drawing. • Preparing and approval of NDT report. • Assure the work is carried out as per P & ID, layouts drawings & isometrics. • Witness welding repair activities. • Follow up on NDE procedures to be performed as per approved ITPs and monitor NDE activities.
