• Job Details:• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay • Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand • Measuring capacity &calculating OEE for each production line. • Creating timetables and production commitments using data from sales forecasts. • Presenting production schedules to production team ( MPS ). • Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage • Worked directly with production personnel to resolve production scheduling issues and conflicts. • Realigned production schedules to factor in changing conditions such as materials shortages and changing designs. • Feeding back the recorded information in order to improve future plans and make corrective action.
