• Job Details: Conducting investigations and insure that the company’s rules are met by the employees.  Draft and prepare pleadings, motions and other related Litigation documents.  Conducting legal analysis and research on various legal matters.  Reviewing legal documents and advice accordingly.  Plan, manage and organize workload to comply with established time constraints and deadlines.  Follow up litigation in courts and file lawsuits.  Representing the company before courts, prosecutors, and police stations.  Drafting and reviewing different types of agreements and contracts.  Organize filing of litigation documents and processes.  Attend court hearings and investigations.  Appear before the courts, committees and other competent authorities and carry out all necessary Administrative procedures.  Dealing with the governmental agencies and organs such as Public Funds Prosecution , General Authority for Investments , labor bureaus , The Social Insurance Offices, General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality and Directorate of Manpower and Immigration
