• Job Details:- Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis for different forms of products (solids, semisolids, Ampoules, syrup). A)Chemical analysis: - Preparing standard solutions and reagents required for analysis. - Analyzing active materials of products during in process operation and after packaging by using: 1)HPLC (Empower software, OpenLab software). 2)U.V spectroscopy (Shimatzu). 3)Titration techniques. - Dissolution test for tables , capsules and suppositories. - Cleaning validation tests by using hplc. B)Physical analysis: - Performing physical tests such as: PH, conductivity, specific gravity, water content "karl fisher", osmolarity , moisture content and viscosity.
