• Job Details:Responsibilities: - Performance of routine analytical testing in compliance with the predetermined manufacturing sampling plan to ensure the product meets specifications - Performance of QC analytical Chemistry HPLC, GC, IR, UV, etc.… - Monitor, test and record quality parameters as per manufacturing sampling plan and make proper adjustment as necessary to ensure product quality meet specification - performance of Physical Tests Such as disintegration, hardness, viscosity, PH, water content and specific gravity - Backup for Instruments maintenance, calibration and validation - Perform necessary adjustments to product batches and other process when out of normal operating conditions - Place all products and packages that fall outside quality ranges on hold for further testing or evolution - Ensure micro samples are taken from production lines as per microbiological sampling plan - Assume other duties as assigned by area management
