• Job Details:Maintaining returns operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational, ensure team distributes returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the product, its condition and type of return, establishing safety practices and hold others accountable for adhering to them Maintaining and improving overall operational and departmental efficiencies around reverse logistics. Interface cross-functionally at all levels within the divisions of the company, For Example Customer Support, third party logistics providers and fulfillment Center etc. Timely inspection of Returns and liability assignment and follow ups with Couriers, Insurance Agencies, Merchants etc. Oversee day-to-day operations of managing Returns to Merchants within SLA. Develop and ensure that established policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed. Improve the safety performance in the facility. Drives costs savings with a focus on Visibility, Variability and Velocity, provides proactive communications and solutions for distribution issues.
