• Job Details:To service mechanical seals and other John Crane products including repair, assembly and installation Prepare inspection reportincluding failure cause analysis also Site service of troubleshooting and installation supervision Taking partin technical discussion, meeting, and performing technical presentation Using precise measuring tools Providing Sales & Service supportto JC customers in Egypt on the company productrange Performing installation and commissioning of seals, systems & couplings and other JC's products Conducting reconditioning of seal, system & coupling and recommend replacement,repairs orre-used Maintaining customer plants record & drawings in proper order Presenting company products and services to customer base and ability to provide training to customers Liaise with CSE on the orders & sales status and liaise also with operation & engineering departmentto provide after-sales supports Reliability concept on root cause analysis, failure mode assessment,recommendations and reporting Data Management & Reliability data management,trending, analysis, and reporting, plant schedules, maintenance history, upgrade plans, and proposals Manage & understand contractual requirements accordingly
