- Job Details:Over the course of my career at BanqueMisr, I have gained valuable experience in several different areas of the bank. As a customer service representative, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills, while also gaining a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services. In my role as back office staff, I became proficient in handling administrative tasks and managing customer accounts, which helped me develop strong organizational and time management skills. As a regional sales agent, I learned how to identify potential customers and promote the bank's products and services effectively. This role helped me develop my sales and marketing skills, as well as my ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. In my position as a personal loans executive, I became an expert in the bank's lending products, learning how to assess creditworthiness and make sound lending decisions. Finally, as an ATM supervisor, I gained experience in managing and maintaining ATM machines, ensuring that they were fully operational and secure at all times. This role helped me develop my technical skills and attention to detail. Overall, my varied experiences at BanqueMisr have provided me with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of the banking industry.
