• Job Details:• Coordinated between the consultant and the Sub-contractors of the implementation works. • Reviewed and approved the contractor payments progress & issuing interim invoices. • Overall site supervision. • sourced and supplied the required materials from the owner side. • Received owner remarks, complains, and provide solutions and corrective action plans from sub-contractor side. • Supervised on all the architectural works, such as masonry, plastering, painting, marbles, ceramic, gypsum board works, cladding works. • Leaded the contractor to ensure the architectural works implemented as per the specs. • Issued of Site NCRs for contractor. • Supervised implementing shoring system for excavation. • Reported to the project manager for all the site conditions and progress. • Provided technical advice and solving problems on site. • Reviewed and followed up for all site engineers reports in regards to project performance, delay in progress of materials supply and any other technical remarks which affecting performance from project manager side. • Revised the time schedules. • Worked on the following project o Ministry of Law and Justice 10th Of Ramadan Court Project o Egyptian Space Agency Project
