• Job Details:Managing Health & Safety for Nokia projects in the MEA region. Supervising the health & Safety compliance of subcontractors in Morocco, Niger, DRC and Ghana. Preparing safety plans and high risk profiles for new projects and advising subcontractors on the appropriate training. Conducting remote Health & Safety audits on ongoing activities. Auditing subcontractors' performance and readiness, giving online trainings & induction sessions, and managing KPIs on quarterly performance. Investigating incidents and near misses, and preparing reports for root causes and preventive actions to be taken.

QHSE CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:Supervising the QHSE team, guiding them daily on their site visits and reporting to QHSE manager. Conducting site visits & audits for roll out and maintenance activities . Calculating lifting plans for crane lifting operations and directing lifting operations of towers while implementing safety regulations in site. Carrying out office duties (GPS tracking of Vodafone’s sub- contractors’ fleet, monthly reports, quarterly inspections & sub-contractor’s training courses).

QHSE EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Conducting site visits & audits for roll out and maintenance activities . Inspecting PPE tools & work tools and making sure they follow Vodafone’s safety standards. Carrying out toolbox talks regularly raising awareness of Vodafone’s teams. Directing lifting operations of towers while implementing safety regulations in site.
