• Job Details:Job responsibilities included: • Study the technical specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and drawings of the project to identify and evaluate the vendor list and choose suitable suppliers and subcontractors that align with the project constraints and company policies. • Send RFQs (Request for Quotation) to potential suppliers and analyze the received offers from a technical and financial perspective. • Prepare a comprehensive comparison of the potential suppliers and subcontractors, considering factors such as lead-time, cost, pricing structure, scope of work, terms and conditions, and delivery timelines and negotiate with the selected supplier to optimize benefits for the company. • Review material submittals with the consultant before submission. • Sign subcontracts/P.O. with the chosen supplier/subcontractors. • Monitor and control the project's progress to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions specified in the subcontract/P.O. • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor/supplier evaluations based on their performance in the project.
