• Job Details:Receiving the purchase request from the project control department to send the existing stock and purchase the rest and send it to the site. Sending an RFQ to suppliers, receiving price offers, and making a comparison between prices and quality of materials. Negotiate with suppliers, to ensure the compliance of the offers with all project requirements as mentioned in the RFQ. Creating a purchase order on the ERP system, following up on receipt and coordinating its sending to the site. Make an inventory of the raw materials used in projects on a daily basis and purchase stocks of them for the store. Responsible for supplier accounts and electronic invoices.

• Job Details:Preparing the costs of each project separately and sending it to the accounts. Preparing a report on the materials supplied to the site from the main warehouse at their current prices. Using the ERP system to enter permissions for adding materials and disbursing them from the warehouse.
