Quantity Surveying for “Masonary, Plaster, Internal and external painting, Grc, drywalls, gypsum board for ceilings, flooring, insulation, Concrete, Demolish” 4. Preparing BOQS. 5. Coordination between architectural and structural drawings. 6. Making invoices for owner and sub-contractor. 7. Site engineer for dry walls for 2 floors ‘’including 120 rooms in giza palace resort and 3 royal suites for Mr.Hamed Elchiaty and handover them without any comment’’

• Job Details:1. Shop drawing by using AutoCAD. 2. Responsible for all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites (two buildings). 3. Guarantee all materials used and work performed are as per specifications by implementing drawings, ensuring flawless field operations and high customer satisfaction. 4. Effectively collaborate with all consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce to meet strict budgets and timelines. 5. Determined project feasibility by estimating the quantities and cost of labor, equipment, and materials. 6. Quantity surveying for the two buildings. 7. Preparing and Presenting reports.
