- Job Details:• Prepare the periodic payroll calculations and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in calculations. • Review employee attendance records and related calculations and ensure that related information such as leaves, overtime and tardiness are accurately captured. • Prepare the monthly & yearly reports related to payroll. • Supervise the personnel filing system to ensure that employee-related documentation is available and easily accessible when required, update all employees’ information in our database. • Coordinate all social insurance and labor issues including interface with Social Insurance and labor authorities to maintain company’s official situation, supervision and monitoring of the monthly social insurance balances and calculations.
