• Job Details:• Leading projects to implement automation and digitalization solutions in the R&D lab • Detecting regulatory and compliance changes to guarantee global market access • Supporting the factory team in any quality improvement or testing activity • Training lab technicians on workflow, documentation and safety procedures • Conducting safety tests on appliances according to IEC and EN standards • Proposing and implementing manufacturing and DM cost reduction ideas • Performing home visits to customers to diagnose appliance malfunctions • Proposing and leading Kaizen and continuous improvement activities • Drafting and reviewing test reports for existing and new components • Tracking and organizing the calibration of tools and equipment • Performing maintenance for appliance testing stations
