• Job Details:Effectively involved in different lines of business and accounts, like telecommunications, food delivery, flower delivery, banking, and money transfer stuff. o Effectively leading a team of 33 members with direct reports in 2 line of businesses (back office and front office) o Exceeding and meeting account metrics, including conversion targets, and lead generation. o Oversees the English team’s performance. o Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team. o Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis o Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. o Proposing new handling skills and techniques through each meeting to reach the ultimate skills. o Working on the main top defects and frequently work on closing the knowledge gaps. o Issue the KPIs report each on monthly basis. o Involved in the 3T (training to trainers) process. Being a point of contact to take the training from the client and cascade it to Egypt team. o Conduct the needed information to the associates and trainees to be able to handle the customer’s queries.
