• Job Details:Scope of Work: 1. Develop and manage BIM models throughout project phases (IFP, IFT & IFC). 2. Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and content libraries tailored to project or company standards. 3. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols such as ISO 19650, BS 1192, and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP). 4. Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP) for clash detection and spatial coordination. 5. Automate repetitive tasks using Dynamo scripts or custom Revit plugins to enhance productivity and consistency. 6. Support the setup and management of CDEs and file exchange protocols. 7. Conduct model audits, QA/QC checks, and ensure adherence to LOD requirements. 8. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and implement project-specific BIM strategies and deliverables. 9. Participate in design coordination meetings, contributing to the resolution of technical and geometric issues. 10. Document and update BIM workflows and standards to improve company-wide implementation. 11. Provide BIM training and support to project teams, helping improve Revit proficiency and workflow efficiency.
