• Job Details:• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace, Continuous Casting machine, Material Handling System, and Fume Treatment Plant. • Developing maintenance procedures and conducting quality inspections on tasks. Handling emergency and unforeseen issues, conducting repairs, and diagnosing breakdown problems. • Scheduling and executing planned maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to the maintenance schedule. • Supervising fabrication and maintenance processes in the workshop to ensure efficient and accurate execution. • Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate safety stock by: Initiating purchase requests for spare parts. o Evaluating and selecting the best offers from multiple suppliers. o Tracking delivery dates with suppliers to ensure accurate lead times. o Inspecting spare parts prior to recording them in the warehouse. • Preparing daily reports for status of equipment and maintenance activities
