• Job Details:- Control receipt of the stock keeping unit (SKU’s). - Ensure storing SKU’s appropriately emphasizing on accessibility and safety for both people and items. - Control issuance of SKU’s according to the issue order from the item owner. - Record the assigned transaction and or review recorded transactions inbound and outbound in the inventory records/syste online base and maintain perfect documentation files. - Control WH operational tasks in terms of warehouse transactions; image; tidiness, safety and security and cooperate with other concerned dept. - Review and/or engages in preparing for the semi-annual or annual physical count. - Control packing operations and ensure achieving packing plan. - Monitor and manage the warehouse store area to ensure better utilization of space.

Logistics Management SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Track quality, quantity, stock, transport processes, delivery timelines. - Verification of all freight invoices. - Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions. - Prepare accurate reports for upper management. - Handle all shipping tenders export and import for air freight and ocean freight. -Receives the withdrawal documents from the Bank section & forwarder the completed set of documents to customer clearance. -Follows up with the customs’ clearance procedures to speed up releasing the goods. -Follows up the arrival of shipment at company warehouses. - Control, maintain, develop the warehouse operations and organize the process of inbound and outbound.
