• Job Details:Senior Chemist (Utilities and Acid Section Head) 2017 - Now El-Nisr for Chemicals Industries (El-Nisr Batteries), Sadat City  Responsibilities : • Supervises and directs the activities of staff including work assignment, performance evaluation, and development; disciplinary action, and complaint resolution. • Manages all the MF Batteries plant Utilities and acid dilution plant. • Schedules, co-ordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in preventive and corrective maintenance and construction activities of all plant utilities. • Co-ordinates with production and planning managers to plan the operation efficiency of all utilities and acid dilution plant. • Ensures that all the manufacturing procedures and auxiliary systems in accordance with environmental safety standards. • Works with management to provide action plans for environmental issues and risk assessment. • Implementing all the environmental requirements of the project and practices to meet the Egyptian environmental legislations. • Management all solid and wet wastes with environmental convenient methods. • As necessary, performs crew work including the operation of all types of motorized equipment; may operate equipment during training or emergency situations.
