• Job Details:1. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure that incoming materials meet Xiaomi standards and specifications, minimizing disruptions and assuring continuous dozing to production lines. 2. Assist in establishing, controlling, reporting and implementation for finished products quality control processes and provides quick decisions on non-conforming products based on Xiaomi standards. 3. Develop and implement Production and Quality Plans aligned with the Xiaomi “4M1E” Plan Methodology for new mobile models, incorporating supply chain feedback to optimize processes. 4. Manage and analyze After-Sales defects to identify trends and inform production planning control and inventory management. 5. Coordinate with suppliers for “Localization” Lab tests to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. 6. Prepare and send comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports that integrate production and supply chain quality metrics. 7. Inspect and test the initial production runs to ensure defect-free outputs, supporting proactive supply chain planning and inventory readiness.
