• Job Details:Responsibilities: The preparation of: -  Baseline schedules, revised schedules, and recovery schedules.  The Extension of Time Claims (EOTs), Cost-Impact and Delay Analysis.  Critical Path Method (CPM).  Monitor and control project progress.  Track, monitor, and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables for engineering documents, procurement of all disciplines and Construction activities.  Weekly and monthly progress reports and weekly look-ahead reports.  Control sheets for each Project.  Crashing and Fast-track plans.  Follow up L/C for long lead items.  Follow up procurements and guarantee delivery to site within the planned date.  Prepare points of concern for each project in the weekly report. Current Project: -  89 STANDALONE VILLAS ‘MOROOCO’ CLUSTER AT ‘DAMAC LAGOONS’  Owner: DAMAC  Consultant: Jouzy  Contractor: - VOCE  Contract value: +600 million AED.  Contract period: 21 Months. The Project is divided into two Parts: -  Morooco 1 where is consists of 43 standalone villas with 3 mock-ups.  Morooco 2 where is consists of 46 standalone villas.  The project is divided into three baseline schedules for Morocco 1, Morocco 2 and the 3 Mock-up

Current Project: • MELIEHA PHASE II EPCC PROJECT GATHERING, EXPORT PIPELINE & GAS TREATMENT PLANT (GTP) Owner: ENI & AGIBA PETROLEUM Contractor: - PETROJET -Subcontractor: - Schlumberger SLB for the GTP (Modular area) (Petrojet is responsible for the non-modular area) -Contract value: 500 million USD. -Contract period: 17 Months.
