• Job Details:- Responsible for Last Mile distribution from the main WH (DCs) across Egypt. - Responsible for 3 main functions in Last Mile Team (Delivery - Fleet - Dispatch). - Responsible for Delivery Supervisors, TL, Reps. KPI's, efficiency & productivity. - Responsible for Fleet Supervisors & suppliers to increase supply availability percentage and decrease cost percentage. - Responsible for Middle Mile stock transfer from DCs. - Responsible for Dispatch TL & Agents to plan our distribution and utilizing routes & trucks to maintain or decrease cost and return percentage by using inhouse built system. - Responsible for making weekly or monthly sessions to teach the teams the Agile methodology. - Responsible for increasing team skills & make a healthy competition mood.
