• Job Details:• Supervise all terminal operational activities in terms of product receipts, truck loading, tank gauging, and maintenance activities in compliance with the company’s Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) • Follow up on daily operations regarding product quality in accordance with the company guidelines • Assure optimum safety in all activities for personnel and company properties in accordance with the company’s Loss Prevention System (LPS) • Hold monthly safety stewardship meetings with my assigned team of operators • Responsible for daily meter reconciliation while working night shifts • Lead the emergency response team in the field in case of emergencies • Issue work permits in accordance with the company’s work control procedures • Responsible for performing the drills plan and updating the emergency response plan • Responsible for updating the business continuity plan for Egypt terminals • Responsible for the application of the records management guidelines • Responsible for the environmental protection system application • Developed a new scheme for operators’ evaluation to reduce the scores’ variance • Recognized as Mobil Hero during Q2 2023 for technological advances and systems improvements • Identified heat radiation zones and FF trucks positioning on site for Mogas tanks pool fire scenarios • Led a resource utilization initiative to decrease trucks’ queue and idle time • Developed a recognition program for drivers as part of the customer care program • Developed a recognition program for operators called RISE (Regular, Immediate, Specific, Encouraging) as part of the culture change process where the top performers are being awarded with golden helmets • Recognized as Mobil Hero during Q4 2023 for significant personal and team development for the recognition program (RISE)
