Fixed Assets AccountingFull Time

• Job Details:Assets Accountant at Etisalat Egypt (Jun/2023 – Present). Responsibilities • Prepare Mass Addition, apply credit notes in the fixed assets register & Create retirement Memos. • Taking Manual accruals from other departments for delivered assets but still not invoiced. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of fixed asset subledger. • Reconcile GL & fixed assets accounts to validate that numbers are the same as the trial balance. • Maintain and update the fixed asset register, and ensure all acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and retirements are accurately recorded. • Track depreciation, and make sure that assets are depreciated correctly (Depreciation reasonable test). • Ensure accurate capitalization of fixed assets, including construction in progress, and the timely classification and reclassification of assets as necessary. • Tracking CIP Assets with other departments to capitalize the assets (CIP Aging). • Reconcile Assets ensuring FAR & technical systems are the same & show the difference between the systems. • Report fixed assets transactions and balances for internal & external purpose. • Retirement Batch (Burned & stolen) assets. • Physical Count of assets (Building & sites).

• Job Details:• Responsible for 20 branches of Xiaomi with all their daily and monthly closings. • Track their expenses & revenues, reviewing the confirmation of transactions with banks & third parties. • Physical count assets & inventory of the branches.
