• Job Details:Cards Business Unit / Consumer Assets & Cards: • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts • Assist the product managers in managing the product suite • Manage in-life product performance, features and benefits • Liaising with the team and other stakeholder departments within the bank and also external vendors. • Develop creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and meetings; prepare reports for higher management. • Continually reviewing existing product range, offerings, processes and sales channels to develop suggestions on improvements along with the product managers • Liaising with and managing external vendors for goods and services required • Keep a track that the Portfolio operates within Bank Operational risk parameters including product audits and compliance of best practice. • Develop creative ideas for product development to discuss within the team and other stakeholders • Handling customer cases regarding credit card technical issues
