• Job Details:1. Supervision all the inspection work for static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, distillation columns and tanks that are done by the contractor and provide them with all the necessary data required such as GA drawing, isometric and P&ID. 2. Evaluate equipment condition as per inspection findings and give the proper recommendations concerning equipment remaining lifetime, temporary and permanent repairs. 3. Participate in Management of Change to review modifications and its impact on equipment. 4. Conduct root cause analysis to identify equipment failure reasons and collaborate with maintenance and recommend corrective action. 5. Prepare for shutdowns plan related to inspection scope and coordinate with planning team. 6. Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments like operation and maintenance. 7. Follow the standards such as API 510, API 653 and API 570. 8. Compliance with the company safety rules. 9. Receiving new equipment and parts through reviewing the MTC for the different parts and proceeding PMI tests to ensure the manufacturer's specifications. 10.Co-operate with DNV team to apply RBI system for the whole complex and gather all the necessary data from the different plants. 11.Utilize SAP to manage work orders.
