• Job Details:•Performing chemical, microbiological, physical, and sensory analysis on raw materials and finished goods. •Performing total plate count tests according ISO 4833. •performing Yeasts and Moulds according to ISO 21527. •Performing coliform group according to ISO 4832. •Performing Swabs analysis for machines and employees. •Tasting packing materials according procedure and final products perform a HACCP measures in all production line to ensure conformity and suggest improving, corrective and prevent weak points •Ensuring that all operators and personnel associated with production and machine adhere to quality standards and hygienic rules. •Microbiological Analysis of Raw Materials and Final Products. •Achievement of 5S in lab. •Investigating and identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO standards, FDA regulations) related to product quality.
