- Job Details:•Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over email or phone. •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware or software issues with end users as (computers, Cisco’s, printers, networking, and wiring) in efficient manners. •Using Active Directory to create new users, create OUs and reset passwords for users on our local domain •Use Deployment server to push new OS on the PCs and Laptops and Installing, configuring the specific software’s •Using a Global ticketing system (SOLVEIT) to view and resolve tickets per day through efficient triaging of problems. •Direct unresolved issues to the next level of our concerned teams (Network,System,Voice and application Teams) •provide remote IT support to all our employees especially who are WFH •Walk the employees through the problem-solving process •Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
