• Job Details:- Plan and Execute Building Maintenance and Operational programs. - Manage all Vendor contracts and their Maintenance activities. - Ensure the capacity and efficiency of all building systems. - Prepare Operation Reports, Maintenance Budget and Provide analysis of all reports to higher-ups. - Handle all facilities planning, Space allocation, Cost estimation for the equipment and facilities. - Develop relationships with the Contractors and Third party workers to ensure the smooth operations. - Advising Businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost effectively. - Manage all In-House Activities with an overall responsibility of Supervisors and external Contractors - Evaluate Contractor’s work and certify their Invoices for payment. - Check and Approve all drawings and technical material when required and give advice accordingly based on experience, research and expertise. - Participate in the Tender preparation & Review for all Maintenance Contracts, Annual Budget review and setting.

Site Electrical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Distribution of electricity for different systems ( Lighting - sockets - HVAC - Fire alarm - CCTV - Data ) - checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly - liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials - providing technical advice and solving problems on-site - preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork - supervising contracted staff
