• Job Details:- establish a strong network and foster collaboration with national wide / world wide organizations. - develop, implement and manage proposal activities and agreements tools. - Performs all duties of an administrative nature, including typing, setting up appointments, receiving and screening calls, preparing correspondence and memorandums. - Handle the Secretary General’s agenda: organize daily tasks, schedule, arrange, coordinate and prepare the meetings. - Take minutes and type memos, letters and emails, in Arabic/English, as requested by the Secretary General. - Ensure the organization of all administrative filling and referencing procedures.

Project SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- completes operational requirements by assisting project managers, following up on work results. - create purchasing order (PO) & follow up (PO) approval cycle. Handling all secretarial duties including mailing, filing, typing and other admin work. - other services from third party suppliers in relation to customer’s requirements. - Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipment. - greets, directs and responds to all customers inquiries.
