• Job Details:Leading Fleet Operation Engineer at Ship & Crew (December 2022 – Current) • Working on data analyzing every KPI in the fleet center regarding the Fleet performance and its highlights • Ensure that the data submitted on daily and monthly basis are meeting the best level of accuracy • Reporting Analytic data on daily basis to help in improving the pains found in business and to set up action plans to cure those pains found. • Working and building monthly dashboards for the fleet center and reporting to the fleet manager and the top management. • Setting up action plans for achieving higher Utilization, and optimization levels in the business. • Follow up and report the top drivers monthly, based on their performance and fuel consumption for monthly bonus eligibility. • Reporting daily full fleet operation Report to the fleet operation manager and top management • Attending and pre-planning for the annual audits whether they are internal audits or external Audits taking places in the administration or the fleet • Plan drivers’ Manpower ahead of the low/high season, in coordination with the HR team and Supervise driver management activities • Studying the drivers turn over and the root cause behind those turnovers and suggest action plans • Supervise Trucks and gensets utilization percentages to achieve targeted utilization levels • Assisting the allocation team with assigning the trucks, checking the truck status regarding the maintenance works and license expiration dates. • Assisting the Journey control team with daily tasks in following up, tracking, and solving different operational problems • Assisting the Fuel Management team with daily tasks in following up, tracking fuel rates, and assist in linking up with maintenance team for improving the trucks fuel rates. • Responsible for System allocating to all of the trips along the month and validate each and every trip assigned and executed by each driver • Assigning all of the trips executed by the trucks on the ERP Oracle system on daily basis • Coordinating with the maintenance department daily to ensure and update the status of every truck under the work of maintenance. • Coordinate with steering lead and Operation execution manager to recommends areas for improvements based on market and customer needs in way of achieving operation optimization • Planning and assisting with maintenance department to ensure the implanting of their maintenance plans. • Being the second line to the fleet manager to ensure every task involving the operation is assigned and is finished at the end of the operational deadline (Driver management, Fuel Department, Allocation and Journey Control) • Responsible for receiving all of the Bill of lading (bolisas) from all different ports and ensure that the allocation and assigning is being done correctly and ensure that the data on the Bill hardcopy is correct. • Calculate and supervise the task of stayovers for each trip at the client destination and therefore submit the Bills to take the next steps in the other departments.
