• Job Details:Duties: • Managing software as a product • Ownership of the software products in the company and being the SME for them. • Finding innovative solutions for the broader market. • Act as liaison between different teams to support product positioning and customer demand as part of product development activities. Key Accountabilities: • Gathering requirements from the customers for new features/new products launching • Delivering requirements in a clear format to the software development team & delivery team. • Receive new products from software teams and apply acceptance testing on them. • Documenting software specifications, datasheets, feature list, training materials, etc. • Supporting software teams in case of questions and requirements clarifications. • Attending meetings, agile standups and periodic team meetings with software team. • Representing Iskraemeco/ Elsewedy Electric in public events and conferences • Keeping up with smart metering and related industry fields. • Revising and filling software compliance sheet for tenders • Identify opportunities, build product vision and understand market needs, roadmap and strategy (in coordination with different stakeholders). • Create and maintain use cases in orders to make more effective demos for the customers • Create and maintain demo environments to test and get more familiar with software being managed.

Freelance Software Testing EngineerFreelance / Project

• Job Details:I have worked on many projects and products which mainly were Mobile Applications for both of Android and iOS phones and tablets platform. I am responsible for mobile testing of several products, report the issues on ubertesters.com platform and following up on these issues, declaring if they are reproducible on newer software versions, issues fixed or not and eventually closing the issues found when they are solved and a suitable regression testing has been done.

• Job Details:• Testing of new Iskraemeco software products in the field of AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) • Communicating intensively with clients to establish effective working relationship. • Communicating relevant information to customer and company management. • Involved in software testing of software suits of AMI starting from Headend, Meter Data Management and Back-Office application like Billing Software.
